i haven blogged for such a long time!




that day we had a 3hr course about the "3Ms for success"
cliche as it sounds, the steps taught were cliche as well
but nevertheless it came as a good reminder and wake up call
and as all courses go, you leave the class feeling all inspired and ready to accomplish some great things
but one week down the road, it will be totally forgotten
so here it goes:
Mindset
Momentum
Memory

and i keep thinking that i want to get a nice notepad to write things down before i really start
is that called procastinating?
