happy new year speech!!

just came back from our usual new yr countdown gathering that involves a wee bit of drinking (aborbist), eating like mad(from bbq in 2007 to pizza in 2008 and to POTLUCK this year), silly card games (with alot of laughter) and driving to see fireworks at tanjong rhu (with a mini jam and screaming "wth" at random drivers).

its been a complete roller coaster ride this year, somehow..i believe i cant remember much of the first half of the year. lets see, it was year 2 sem 2 and i was errrr looking for internship and studying like mad?thats about it.i really cant remember anymore. then came internship where i met shuli, christine, dongyue, xiuhao and ziqian who made life in adventus alot more fun and interesting:) and where i realised working for life is really something scary and whatever i only have 5 months left to that:( im so going to treasure this sem.

yr 3 sem 1 passed in a flash i swear, and though it was a whole new life, i grew more accustomed to it and i guess im fine now:) this hols has been the most fulfilling so far, from batam to my "go to zouk for the first time in 2 years" to butterfac x 2 to my birthday party, to working part time to the movie outings with dy, to the eating sessions with congcong to the new friends i've found to my oldest friends and suppers to my family outings:) i've learnt and realised many things this year though somehow im still on the same spot but many thanks to all my friends who stood by me and made this last holidays of our uni life a memorable one for me:)

now my new year resolution is to be more independent and be less emo:) and to find a job (is that a resolution?).

and yeah i've finally locked that tiny part in my heart:)
